Despite staff not speaking English, they answered all our questions using computer translators, and even got an interpreter in when we first arrived. They were patient and friendly, and always tried to help with any problems. Generally speaking, it's quite a good hotel. Clean, good location. The location. It's next to the Muslim quarter and in a great area. It's just a bit hard to find because there are no street signs showing the hote.
