We added on ahalf day, since our flight didn't leave til evening, and the maid camein and made up the room with fresh towels and everything while we wereat lunch. I made a reservation for an Executive Room and when checking in I was offered a cheap upgrade to the Executive Club Floor. Excellent value for money, fantastic breakfast... Also really enjoyed the Club experience! Complimentary drinks and snacks in the late afternoon was a real treat! Been in GZ many times and this was the best hotel I stayed in so far.

The concierge people - 2 female staff - followed up with Airport lost and found dept, and I got my laptop back. It was more to how calm they were and followed up. I paid about $70 a night.
