  I stayed in Suite 302, a lovely 2 bedroom suite with balcony overlooking the harbour and the beauty of Victoria. The living room, the bedrooms and the balcony all offer exquisite views of the harbour. Each bedroom had its own ensuite, with luxurious appointments.There was a full kitchen, well-stocked, several tvs, free wifi and plenty of luxurio... what people say » us amenities. This is one of the finest establishments I encountered in British Columbia. It is in the heart of the waterfront, central to everythin - I was in a jam & needed a quick last minute hotel option for my visit. Internet found-All positive reviews to reassure and was very surprised to walk into out beautiful room with an amazing view of the harbour & better yet.. An excellent choice & will definitely be staying agin. Every aspect of downtown Victoria were in walking distance for us (as its a busy town with limited parking). I recommended this hotel to all my friends & family for furure stays. You won't be disapointed

  The staff were so helpful and friendly!! I've never had service that exceptional. I had looked at the pictures online but in person I was still pleasantly surprised by just how nice the hotel was. Not just our rooms but the front, the lobby, hallways...everything was updated and beautiful. The towels were so fluffy! The food was good and the bar staff were great and even made me a hot citrus drink at no charge when I exclaimed that I was unwell and unable to have an alcoholic beverage. The location was very centralised to all that we needed to do in Victoria.   For the money what I had was literally a nice apartment. The tub was amazing with its relaxing jets but as a shower it stunk. It has a full kitchen with quality pots and dishes, not the usual hotel crud. You could easily make breakfast right there and enjoy it on the patio and watch the joggers jet or the sea planes land in the harbor. Good portions and excellent flavor. - The room was a bit hard to find because it is not part of the main building.   I was staying at the Inn at Laurel Point because of its convenient location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to the start line of the Victoria Marathon near the legislative buildings. The staff were very attentive and friendly throughout my whole stay. This included the front desk, cleaning staff, maintenance personnel and restaurant servers. I - The location was fantastic . We stayed in room 452,the new part of the hotel and the view of the marina from our balcony was amazing. The hotel is also close to the centre of Victoria. The room was large and the housekeeping was excellent. Staff were friendly,polite and helpful at all times. We had a nice lunch at Auroa restaurant which was reasonably priced,which included several coffee refills . Overall we had a very pleasant stay

  Good location on the edge of 'Chinatown'. Very spacious suite with a sofa bed in the main living area and a double bed upstairs in the mezzanine. Perfect for our family of four. Kids in bed upstairs and we could call room service from the restaurant downstairs - ideal. No breakfast during the week, but there is a kitchen in the apartments and some good coffee shops on the same street. Also a goo - we were in room 307 which was very nice. Hotel overall was comfortable except that the room was too warm. The small units in each level did not cool the room very well. Loved the Cask beer in the bar downstairs. Also liked the family room next to the bar - we had a group of 20 in there on Sunday night and it was excellent - staff were great.
