First and foremost, the staff treated us excellently. We had a problemwith our first room, it had a smell like someone had been smoking. Thestaff checked vacancies and moved us to an upgrade without hesitation,then followed up to make sure we were happy in our new surroundings. Wewere very pleased at how responsive they were to our concerns. Attentive staff. Great views. Easy access to Victoria and surrounding area. Really good breakfast restaurant.
