  The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was great for someone with allergies, because there is no carpet, only nice flooring. Lots of room for a large family, we had kids and grand kids with us! Kitchen area and full size fridge was very helpful. One story units made it nice with little kids. Full size table was great - Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had reserved a suite and got more than expected: three bedrooms, full kitchen, living room and dining room. We were three adults, one 9 year old and one thirteen year old, so it worked well for us. It is an easy 15 min. out of the city of Victoria, with a grocery 2 min. away, so was convenient for us. Good place for a multiple night stay. Highly recommend it.

  We loved the ambience! There was a young man playing the sax right under our window when we arrived and it was magical. When we entered the room there was a wood smell from the fireplace. It was heaven!   We stayed at Abigail’s for three nights July 16-18 2013 after reading the many positive online reviews – all of which are well deserved. Abigail’s Hotel is a small boutique bed and breakfast hotel, located on a cul-de-sac in a very nice residential area of downtown Victoria and close to the attractions of the Inner Harbour. The free parking, behind the hotel - This was, by far, our best place we stayed during our 11-day honeymoon. The staff was so welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, as well as the evening hors d'oeuvres. We enjoyed relaxing in the library lounge room, and visiting with the other guests. In the room, the fireplace was a nice touch. Also, the sound machine on the bedside table played some soothing music that we enjoyed. We have already told many of our family and friends that Abigail's is the only place to book in the future.

Loved the atmosphere, the wonderful personalities of Gary and Warren, particularly loved Mindy, just all around loved our time there, like being in a Country Cottage, only complaint was the people to the side of us the last night, very noisy throughout the night but then, that is not a big deal.   LOVED the pool facilities and the cleanliness!!! We were also very close to family for visiting, so very convenient. Overall the best hotel we have stayed at in a long time! - Close to Elk Lake for our sport event. Nice place on site to eat, good prices. Bus to downtown two minutes away.
