We booked a rental car and they had it delivered exactly at the time we asked. Great location on the lake, lakeview was amazing! - The staff were couteous and thiughtful and always very helpful.   I like hotel rooms with an openable window to allow fresh air. I stay in the Crowne Plaze whenever I can as it is one of very few Toronto airport hotels with this feature. - Liked the hot shower! After a long cross Atlantic flight, a hot, hot shower felt good. Facilities were clean, staff were friendly.
