  Everything is just excellent and above the expectations. One small thing that migh be noticed. I stayed at room 402 room which is actually above the bar. Albeit it was the 4 th floor, the music from the bar is heard in the bedroom. The music is nice, but I suppose it shouldn't be heard in the room. It a little be croud there and the parking lot is really full- the problem to fi - Big clean spacious room with mini fridge. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear. Bed was comfortable. I chose this hotel because it was on the outer skirts of the city. I read from other reviews that the city had alot of construction going on so I wanted to avoid that. This hotel is a 2 minute walk to the subway. Continental breakfast, WiFi and parking were free. I paid $289 plus taxes for a king room. There is a park next to the hotel. Food was excellent at the restaurant.

They went above and beyond, even just with their courteousness for basic requests, like a wake up call. I'm always hesitant to give reviews but for this hotel I had to, there's no reason to book anywhere else. - the hotel had the Westin 'feel' with all the personal touches you would expect in terms of service. It also had the advantage of having an outside pool which made it feel more of a 'leisure' hotel despite obviously being a popular business conference event destination.   I like this hotel very much especially when we had our dinner at the hotel restanrant, a very friendly grandmother like waitress asked my son to "work" with her. My son was so honored and excited - Staff was great, helpful. There was a large group/convention and the supervisor put me away from the group.
