Great location. I stayed at a room on the renovated floor which was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. Overall-a great hotel. Room was recently beautifully redecorated - bright, cheery. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Very enjoyable!. Staff was very helpfull in all our questions....very knowledgeable. Beautiful hotel. all reviews » You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is central to everything in Toronto. The room itself has what you need but done stylishly. The frosted window panes were odd but it made great for sleeping: very dark!. Location: walk distance to most important places in the town. Very close to all amenities - easy walk to all tourist attractions we wanted to see. Location is excellent - we would definitely stay again. Location necely set up for moderate priced hotel. The bathroom had a very good air conditioning system that would not allow for a fogy mirror, but at the same time the shower only was capable of adjusting the temperature not the flow of the water, turning it into a sauna sometimes. difficuly access with a car. 'Long distance calls' within Canada are so expensive!. Hot water is very hard to access.........long wait to use the shower. It was a bit tired-looking and could use a remodel. a more appealing and welcomimg lobby. Very small room. Window was not tight enought - we could feel very cold air from outside (-5C). You can see nothing but high dirty buildings from the window, quite difficult to see the sky :) Hard to get parking space around the hotel. If you find, must pay a lot!. room was small for toronto. the room was too dark, almost no sunlight shining into it. The mattress were too soft. The insulation between room was almost non existent causing that I could hardly sleep, when my neighbor had his TV on.
