Very friendly staff greeted me and helped store my luggage. My bed was clean and comfortable, particularly the fluffy and warm comforter. Shower and toilet were clean and ensuite. Plenty of lounge space to relax and good dining area. Having a lift was super...no heavy lugging of cases up long flights of stairs. Price letsbookhotel.com listed was not what was charged. Hi Toronto charged us $119 for the night instead of the quoted price on letsbookhotel.com which was $109 for the night. Small shower/toilet Humidity in the room/bldg. WIFI signal very weak in the rooms. Poor wifi connections in dorms. Next to none. No breakfast at all!. cold. The bed is too soft. too small elevator. not enough shoul be quilt. mo wifi in 10-person dorm. I have this roommate who take a boy she knew to our room and stayed a night together.But our room is a Female room. I couldn't accept this. Although I knew it's beyond the control of the Hostling. The WiFi was horrible! Didn't work for most of the time and when it worked it was incredibly slow. The prices for alcohol were really high and it's not allowed to bring own booze. We have to pay more for not having a hostelling card. The bedroom was clean but the bed was not confortable. The room temp. Is too hot. the bed was not clean when I reached my room.
