  location - excellent for conference at the Palais des Congres as well as visiting the city centre and old town. There's a good fitness centre on 8th floor. Comfortable, clean and very quiet apartment with free wifi, good a/c and hot shower, laundry facilities with washer-dryer and dish washer including detergent. There's enough basic kitchen equip... what people say » ment for self-catering but no welcome tray or cupboard essentials such as olive oil or salt and pepper provided - however, there's a depaneur just up - Close proximity to downtown shopping, Chinatown, Old Port and other attractions. Well appointed with washer/dryer and dishwasher. Spacious layout. Included parking space was appreciated and useful.

  Excellent customer service both before and during! I particularly appreciated the fact that Jennifer and Vladimir both made the effort to check in via email/phone during our stay, *and* contacted us afterwards to ensure everything had gone smoothly. I highly recommend this company and plan on making more bookings through them at their other locati... what people say » ons. - Location was just perfect for me, I could get around really easily. My room was clean, with everything I need. Just loved it!!! I called the staff often in the beginning for guidance, and she was incredible helpful and approachable. Will definitely stay there again.
