  I loved this property. We stayed there on our honeymoon. The staff was courteous and helpful. There was a dear at our terrasse every morning. The hotel is ideally located on Mirror Lake and is slightly off the beaten path. The location is pristine. The grounds are wonderfully kept. Breakfast in the morning was generous. There is a gas firepl - We loved the complimentary breakfast that was included in our 2 night stay and when we arrived we received 2 free tickets for the gondola up the mountain, as well as 2 $10 coupons for the casino which we were not expecting, so that was great.   The staff was extremely helpful. Melanie at the front desk was so nice that it broke our hearts to say good bye to her! The location is beautiful and the ski mountains are right in the back! Everyday tons of people would be in the parking lot of the hotel for paragliding. The basilica was 5 minutes away and Quebec City was 20 mins away. All in all... what people say » it was an excellent place! - Small studio perfectly designed and efficient, had everything we needed. Front desk staff accomodated our early arrival and gave us an apt so we could change and ski....and recommended a restaurant for dinner, off the beaten track that was exceptional " The Baker".. Overall an excellent experience and we would stay again.

  Our room was very clean there was a fridge, microwave, coffee pot it was well worth the money. I was a little disappointed that Fairview mall was closed and most of the stores were closed. I did not know it was a holiday. Would certainly recommend to my friends. Also the staff was friendly and very accommodating and eager to assist in any way. - ... what people say » We really got a very pleasant surprise when we walked into the lobby. We had not been aware that they were renovating. They did an exceptional job and we would definitely use and recommend this Hotel again. We had stayed there many years ago.
