  The service was excellent. Breakfasts were very, very good, lots of fresh fruit and chocolate! The rooms were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the towels and linens were changed daily. We were on the 3rd floor and did not have a problem with noise.   We were concerned because we don't speak French, but the staff was able to communicate with us very well and everyone was very welcoming! The linens were wonderful and the beds were very comfortable. We were concerned because the hotel does not have air conditioning but the nights were very cool and we never needed air conditioning. Highly recommend and plan to return! - The receptionist was very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The bathroom,especially the bathtub was sparkling clean. It was very close to the boat terminal and was very easy to find. Even though, our room was facing to the highway, it wasn't that noisy and there was a lovely view of a lake right behind it which gave a sense of quiet and relaxation.

The breakfast was outstanding and Andre and the other staff were some of the best I have ever experienced in 30 years of traveling. I will be back next year!!
