  This place deserves much more credit than the reviews here suggest! I don't remember ever giving a max score in a review but Pelican Suites exceeded my expectation in every aspect. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and very spacious. The staff was more than willing to accommodate our requests.   I was travelling with a friend who has severe mobility issues,so I inquired about renting a wheelchair from the hotel. They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.

  My husband and I had an amazing stay at the hotel, we were in Niagara Falls for a wedding and decided to book at Country Inn and Suites. We had not ever stayed at this hotel before and were extremely pleased with everything,from the staff to our room everything was perfect. We will - Everything! I stayed there after a day of Bruce Trail hiking. The front desk staff were really welcoming, and even phoned my room 5-min after I arrived to ask if everything was ok. I treated myself to a king room with a jacuzzi - now that was wonderful after a day of hiking! The hotel's location is excellent. It is at the quieter end of town, yet a mere 10-min walk to the Falls. The breakfast was the usual fair, but there are plenty of alternatives close by.

  location was good, it was great to have the kitchen facilities and the washing machine on our city trip. The pool was great and the views from the apartment were gorgeous. The train station is only 10 minutes walk away and Square one shopping centre is also 10 minutes walk away. There are plenty of convenience stores around to stock up on supplies... what people say » . - Good price for the amount of space and beds that we had. Included pots, pans, plates, and utensils for the kitchen. Now that I have done a stay in an apartment like this I have a better idea of extra stuff to take and would definitely rent this room or one like it in the future.

Would recommend highly for families. The kitchen facilities give you freedom of choice in terms of breakfast etc. Location wise - it is dead at the weekend but Toronto is small enough for you to be able to walk anywhere. At letsbookhotel.com they had all the information so he was then able to find what letsbookhotel.com had me listed as. Very exce - I really enjoyed the king size bed. The room was quiet and clean. The best part about the hotel was the location. I came in to see the CG on the Hill and it was a pleasant walk to the hill.
