  the rooms were nicely sized and the hotel was close to everything. the staff was extremely nice we even stayed an extra night and they were able to accomodate us. - The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, we would go back again!!

  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -... what people say » They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  The rooms were clean, the A/C was working and when I had a problem of the smoke detector beeping, the manager was in within 10 minutes of my request to replace the battery.   We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

  Staff was very friendly and accomdating. It was easily seen from highway. The bed was very comfortable. The shower and water pressure were impressive. It was a very comfortable stay for me. - The front desk staff was knowledgeable and friendly! Location - out of the downtown area but not too far from it. Also close to shopping and restaurants.
