I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. I liked the peacefulness and nature atomospher of the resort. The Chimo Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We were in Ottawa to attend our grand daughter's hockey tournament. The staff seemed to put us on a floor that didn't have hockey groups on the same floor. Therefore it was quiet at night for sleeping. Upon check in, we were served by a fella who was covering a break. He had several lines ringing, and 3 check ins in front of him. He did a wonderful job in spite of these obstacles. He was very apologetic! Obviously experienced at multi tasking and serving the public. Well done!

I have been coming to Cranberry Resort since quite some time and really like the place. Like the fact that there is a salt water pool. Love the junior suites with the view of the lake. Staff is very friendly. The resort is clean and doesn't smell musty. Comfortable beds. I also like the rooms where you can open the window.
