  The room was small but very comfortable. The colors in the room were muted, relaxing shades. Front desk person was very helpful, friendly. Had problems with the tv and the other front desk person came right to our room to assist us. (It was a very simple fix.) We were on the backside of the hotel so it was quiet. Room had recently been upgraded. -... what people say » They were very helpful, with regards to the area, and pointing us to what we needed. The office area was very clean at all times, and the breakfast supplies were readily available and fresh. We were given one of the freshly renovated rooms, which was very nice. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

  Good price and excellent location. Just a short walk from a major mall and a short drive from downtown Ottawa, By-ward market and the Parliament Bldgs. Good breakfast, including self-made waffles. - We were 100% satisfied with our room, it was very comfortable. Receptionists were professional, very friendly and helpful.

  I was a bit apprehensive about this place because of some of the reviews. However, my bed was quite comfortable and the room looked pretty clean. The desk clerk was pleasant enough. My tv didn't work and when I went to the desk to inquire he knew what the problem was and fixed it in two minutes. It's not a vacation stop, but it's okay for one ... what people say » night. It's right off the 401 - I likes the pet friendly policy, rooms were clean and very large,beds were very comfortable. breakfast was good, staff very friendly
