Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. - Everything! Nespresso machine in your room and coffee freely available all day in the lounge were a great bonus. We would definitely stay again

  The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time . And location can ... what people say » not be better ! - We like the location next to the restaurants of the Grande Allée, walking distance from the old Québec. We like the standard room which was spacious enough for us. The bed was super confortable. The bathroom was big too. The view on the old Québec.
