Their tips on scheduling enabled us to catch wonderful outdoor performances that we would have missed if we hadn't known to make a point of seeing them on our first day of arrival. - Everything!   The hotel itself was beautiful with a charming room with a fireplace that had the elegance of a posh hotel but the lovely aroma of a cabin. The valet's were amazing and were so helpful - even lending an umbrella when we went out an outting! - The staff really makes you feel like royalty...truly a 5 star service.

  Exceptional staff. I had issues with my Visa card and front desk spent 2 hours trying to help me . And always with a smile , very personal and humane. We stayed the first week of August, so we were able to use a pool too. Nice , clean and entertaining for kids . Very clean rooms. Highly recommend . We had really good time .
