The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive. Richard gave good recommendations where to go.

Lovely rooms, quiet, clean,great breakfast room, excellent staff. Excellent Everything including: location - very close to Cartier Ave with restaurants (especially Graffiti,) bars (especially Jules and Jim, delis etc....also easy walk down Grande Allee to the Old City of Quebec, museums, Plains of Abraham (aka The Battlefield)

The staff were very helpful with any number of things; aiding with parking a vehicle, expediting check-in/check-out procedures, and recommending great restaurants and attractions in the area. We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).

Our room looked like it had just been remodelled with 5* quality. For an old building it was First Class. And when we left our small radio behind the staff retrieved it and mailed it off to us and it was back home when our vacation ended. Very impressed. Thanks.

I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and
comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.

Nous avons aime l'acceuil, le coin pour le dejeune, avec le foyer.Lebain tourbillon a ete appricie aussie. - Atmosphère tranquille. Discrétion appréciée. Disponibilité constante au comptoir. Le Chateau de Pierre is a charming small hotel in the center of Old Town. It is in walking distance of great restaurants and the Citadel and museums. The room in the hotel was comfortable and the owner was a gracious hostess. Min was especially helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do. Breakfast was included and fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, and a variety of beverages were offered. She even called a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for one night because I was leaving for Cuba
that week. The hotel is offering the round-trip to the airport (Only 5
minutes from the hotel) and they can guard the car for the week too
(They are keeping our keys at the desk for safety). The room was clean

I highly recommend Ambassadeur Suites as a choice of stay. My daughter
and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. All the staff
were very friendly and courteous and even went as far as to assist me
when asking about another hotel guest whom I met (Manhattan Steve) who I
never got to say good by to, would have been nice to stayed in touch

Excellent location on pedestrian street near the fortified city. Hotel had excellent character and rooftop deck with a wonderful view. Wonderful and helpful staff with an excellent breakfast. I want to go back! By far the best accommodations of our entire trip with six different accommodations in different cities.

It is a nice place to be, and the hotel is not far from the city. We always drove and parked in the city and walked all the streets. -

It was very easy to find and easy to get to wherever you walked in the city. Everything about the room was super comfortable! The staff was most helpful in telling us what resturants to try and what to do! We will be back and recommend it to others.
