  The hotel gave us a very nice clean, large room and large bathroom. It was a front room, first floor and perfect for us. We think that the staff was friendly. Breakfast room with gallery was lovely. Breakfast itself was delicious. We loved their home made croissant! The servers were attentive.   The staff were very helpful with any number of things; aiding with parking a vehicle, expediting check-in/check-out procedures, and recommending great restaurants and attractions in the area. The hotel lobby and common areas were very tastefully decorated and the rooms were comfortable, although a bit small and some areas seemed a bit dingy. Overa... vad folk säger » ll, though, it was a great value and the rooms were certainly sufficient for a visit which allowed us to enjoy the best parts of Vieux Quebec. The loc - We got one of the 5th floor rooms, which meant it was really quiet. It also meant 5 flights of narrow stairs. Of course, since it's a historical building (like much of Quebec City) building codes prevent the addition of elevators, so this is par for the course. Beautifully reno'd room and bathroom, though the ceiling was a bit low due to the angle of the roof. Close to lots of nearby shopping and restaurants in the old city (and the lower old city, too, which was a bit cheaper).

Breakfast was delicious, and the server was pleasant. - Our room looked like it had just been remodelled with 5* quality. For an old building it was First Class.   I was worried by some of the recent reviews, but my room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is typical for a hotel continental breakfast.   I enjoyed use of the hot tub, though the hot tub could have been on a warmer temperature. Interestingly, maybe you folks up in Quebec can handle cold better than heat, I just left it at that. - The staff was very friendly, and the English speaking staff were eager to help the French speaking staff while communicating with us.

The room in the hotel was comfortable and the owner was a gracious hostess. Min was especially helpful in suggesting places to eat and things to do. Breakfast was included and fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, and a variety of beverages were offered. She even called a taxi for us at 4:30 in the morning. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  I stayed at this hotel for one night because I was leaving for Cuba that week. The hotel is offering the round-trip to the airport (Only 5 minutes from the hotel) and they can guard the car for the week too (They are keeping our keys at the desk for safety).   The first thing that I noticed was that the staff was very friendly to everyone. The rooms seemed very clean. The verandas looking over to the pool was fantastic. The pool area was very enjoyable specially when the birds were singing. I also liked seeing a guard walking by at night. My daughter and I stayed over March Break and had a fantastic time. We arrived before noon and had no problem checking in early with no additional cost involved which allowed us plenty of time to tour old Quebec which was only a 5-10 minute walk away.   It is a nice place to be, and the hotel is not far from the city. We always drove and parked in the city and walked all the streets. - the car was right outside our door the staff helped so quickly with problems with our email. Over-all friendly. Lovely breakfast!
