  Best hotel! The staff is superb, the rooms are so comfortable, the location is perfect, the food is great, and the whole experience was amazing. My boyfriend and I got stranded in the snow a couple of miles from Quebec City. When we called the hotel, the concierge sent someone out to help us. He was so kind and patient.   All appliances were excellent. It was especially good to have a washer & dryer. Location was excellent in the old city within walking distance of sightseeing, shopping, supermarket & restaurants. The location was quiet and secure. Free Wi-Fi was great. - The Loft was fantastic. Everything was exceptionally clean, it offered a lot more space than any hotel room could provide, and the location was perfect. The Loft sits right on Rue St-Jean which is full of shops and restaurants. The street closes to autos in the evenings and weekend days which make it exciting. The location is also just a five to ten minute walk to everything within the walled city.

  A wonderful hotel tucked into a cobblestone street in Old Town! Giant rooms and hot tub big enough for two was a real plus on cold nights (and days)! I will stay here the next time I am in Quebec City. Great value, too.   My wife and I were just stopping thru the area and only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay more!!!!! We were greeted by Pierre who was amazingly friendly. It is right on the lake, there is a nice little dock and a bunch of kayaks, canoes, and a rowboat to use. The fishing in the lake is supposed to be pretty good too. We even had a fridge and coffee maker in the room - Only 20 mins drive north of Quebec City. Large, clean room (we stayed in the "Zen" room) with colour therapy jacuzzi tub. Only a few mins drive to nearby microbrew/restaurant Pub Archibald (recommended by our host, and for good reason!), or Siberia Station Spa (hot/cold baths/saunas/hottubs). House itself is right on Lac St Charles, with at least 5 single & double kayaks and canoes to use. Lake was glassy, quiet, and beautiful for paddling, though as it's the water supply for Quebec City,
