We really liked the location; close to subway, shops, restaurants;
Staff, esp Kate and Abe (owner) made us feel right at home. They
upgraded us to top floor imperial suite, like an apt. Charming boutique
hotel and terrific breakfast, free wifi, secure premises. Wld def stay
there again. -

We liked the location, not downtown but not that far. It was easy to find. It was very clean, the bed we had was memory foam and very comfortable. We liked that we were moved from the basement to upstairs, altho I'm sure the basement would have been nice too. We liked that Dymitrii brought us a new fridge when we told him ours was not keeping

I really liked the hot top as well. It was kind of cool.
The location was right next to some grocery stores, which made for easy shopping trips.
