  This was a great hotel. I was upgraded to one of the deluxe suites when I arrived. The hotel is quiet, well appointed and the staff were very helpful. I was even able to get a late check-out.   We really liked the location; close to subway, shops, restaurants; Staff, esp Kate and Abe (owner) made us feel right at home. They upgraded us to top floor imperial suite, like an apt. Charming boutique hotel and terrific breakfast, free wifi, secure premises. Wld def stay there again. - Chateau St-Marc is the best hotel in Montreal.
