  We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. If you're looking for a fancy room, this place is not for you but if you're looking to just have a nice comfortable place to sleep and re... what people say » lax, I would recommend the Inn by the Falls. There are always people who will complain about something.Overall, we had a great time in the Falls. Enjo - The room was clean and smelled fresh. The outside is very charming and country like. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

  We booked a room,and to our amazement we ended up in a large suite at no additional cost.It was fantastic and so clean and comfortable.We also had Free Parking at the hotel.We did not have to walk far to getto the falls and the restaurants.The staff is superb,and will go out of their way to help you.I will be back soon and will definetly recomend t... what people say » his hotel. thanks. - This is by far the best room for the value! The rooms were great verycomfortable and clean. The hotel staff was really nice, very friendly,and knowledgeable about the events and restaurants in the area.   The Motel is rather old, but the room was clean and quite comfortable. The heart shaped Jacuzzi was the most comfortable and longest one we've seen. We are both tall and always found the corner jacuzzi's to be really small and uncomfortable. There was also a gas fireplace in the room. The Cyrstal Inn has an outdoor pool but it was too chilly to ... what people say » go in. The room we stayed in was usually $199 and on letsbookhotel.com we got it for $99 which was a great price. Nothing fancy, but comfortable. - The location was perfect. On the river and bike path and bike train! Quiet and relaxing. Super accommodating. As tandem cyclists, Joe matched us to a main level corner unit. They also kept our bags on checkout so we could extend our bike ride with a friend to Queenston Heights. Also recommended a $1.95 breakfast! Great help. But the coolest feature was looking out our picture window at a 70 foot Buddhist pagoda!? Also used the refreshing outdoor pool to cool off.
