The nice view, the great location and the friendly staff. It was walking distance from the falls, but not too close.....The staff was nice and watched our suitcase before and after official checking in and out time.Good deal for the money. This hotel was close to everything. We could walk to Niagara Falls and drive 5 minutes to Marine Land. My girls really liked the pool. The price was nice. The room was comfortable.
