The gentleman at the front desk (was tall, slender, dark hair and wore glasses) was extremely helpful (answering questions about transportation and location of attractions as well as allowing us to leave our bags on two occasions).   What is there to say about the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac. The place is pure luxury and is a tourist attraction in it's own right!!! Of course you pay for the privilege of staying there but l had to do it once and now l have every intention of doing it again. Staff are magnificent....they should all take a bow!! There were renovations going on ... what people say » whilst we stayed there and some scaffolding over our window (inevitable in an old building which must be maintained) but they kindly gave us a complie - sheets on comforter so I feel clean in room--this is critically important recycling in room warm pool friendly check-in competent concierge gorgeous facility warm pool!!!!
