The location - steps away from everything I wanted to do and see. The comfort - best nights sleep in any hotel, ever. Comfortable beds and down pillows were heavenly. Breakfast - delicious and abundant Room size - comfortable and spacious for 4 people.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful. St. Catherine st and it's shopping was also walking distant - After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town, cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

I particularly appreciated the fact that Jennifer and Vladimir both made the effort to check in via email/phone during our stay, *and* contacted us afterwards to ensure everything had gone smoothly.   The staff was amazing. We traveled to the hotel for a weekend away for our daughter's 16th birthday and went for the Justin Timberlake concert. We found out once we got there he had postponed the concert and it basically ruined the whole mood for the weekend. We had driven 600 km to see the concert and stay in the city to shop and the ticket co... what people say » mpany had not informed us that the concert was postponed. We enjoyed a night at the hotel and tried to make the best of it. - My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, her husband, toddler and baby and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with adjoining rooms as requested. The pool was a hit with our grandson.
