  The hotel is in a perfect location, right in Old Montreal. There's easy access to dining options, shopping, and popular attractions. It's also less than 5 miles from the Olympic Park (Biodome, Botanical Gardens, Planetarium, Insectarium). Private parking service was fast and safe - we never waited more than 3 minutes for our car. The hotel was clean with large, modern - The friendliness of the staff - they were delightfully helpful. The location - steps away from everything I wanted to do and see. The comfort - best nights sleep in any hotel, ever. Comfortable beds and down pillows were heavenly. Breakfast - delicious and abundant Room size - comfortable and spacious for 4 people.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. The had great recommendations, was very detailed with directions/maps and also were fluent in English. While it's not the newest hotel (not luxury) the bed was very comfortable, the rooms large and the pool/hot tub very nice. The location was also wonderful. St. Catherine st and it's shopping was also walking distant - After tired of eating hamburgers we found ourselves in the hotel within very short walking distance to restaurants in China Town. This is the big advantage if you have a Chinese stomach. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Via station, airport shuttle buses, old town, cruise terminal and lots of churches. Two queen beds room is very large.

  Excellent customer service both before and during! I particularly appreciated the fact that Jennifer and Vladimir both made the effort to check in via email/phone during our stay, *and* contacted us afterwards to ensure everything had gone smoothly. My room was clean, with everything I need. Just loved it!!! I called the staff often in the beginning for guidance, and she was incredible helpful and approachable. Will definitely stay there again.

  The staff was amazing. We traveled to the hotel for a weekend away for our daughter's 16th birthday and went for the Justin Timberlake concert. We found out once we got there he had postponed the concert and it basically ruined the whole mood for the weekend. We had driven 600 km to see the concert and stay in the city to shop and the ticket co... vad folk säger » mpany had not informed us that the concert was postponed. We enjoyed a night at the hotel and tried to make the best of it. - My husband and I were travelling with our daughter, her husband, toddler and baby and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs and provided us with adjoining rooms as requested. The pool was a hit with our grandson.

  The location for our need to walk about the city. The breakfast, fruit plates in the evening and especially the lovely dessert...what a pleasant surprise.
