Best price in town with clean & newly renovated Room with 32" inch LED Tv Flat Screen,location is close to city centre ,Riverside park ,Grey Hound Bus and restaurants. Country View Motor Inn was a pleasant surprise. We needed a place to stay on our way to Vancouver and this was convenient, comfortable and the staff were great! We used the pool and hot tub, went for a relaxing walk and went to a nearby pub for supper. -

Kamloops was MUCH nicer than we'd thought - for us it was just a stopover on way to Rockies, but actually it is a very pleasant little town with a lovely riverside. The couple running the Inn were really friendly and helpful. And our room had a bathtub as well as a shower, which you don't always get - much appreciated. Breakfast good; v relaxed and jolly atmosphere.

Although it was a fair way from the centre of town, we saw this as an advantage as it had a great outlook over the surrounding hills and there was a shopping centre nearby. This small Inn offered everything one needs for a comfortable overnight stay. It was very clean, quiet,had a great bed and free Wi-fi. We were only staying over the one night and arrived late but were treated so well. Because we have a need to be in Kamloops occasionally we will now only use this for our stay. Riverland is on the river and not far off the highway in an industrial area. Next door is a cafe so that was convenient for dinner. There is a tiny breakfast room, a little pool and lots of grassy lawn with chairs and tables along the river. Definitely upgrade to a river room. Otherwise, the rooms face the parking lot and industrial area. -
