  The staff are brilliant, very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are good too! The information regarding the location is not accurate. It is about 40 minutes from downtown, but theres is a nearby subway station, which runs every couple of minutes.   The front desk was amazing, I was abit freaked out about driving to Niagara Falls and they reassured me that it was going to be easy, they printed a map aand talk me through it. This saved me 75.00; staff = welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. I love the beautiful lobby, lovely exterior, the three restaurant options, cleanliness of the ro... what people say » om, love love love the shower & bathtub. I'm always hesitant to give reviews but for this hotel I had to, there's no reason to book anywhere else. - the hotel had the Westin 'feel' with all the personal touches you would expect in terms of service. It also had the advantage of having an outside pool which made it feel more of a 'leisure' hotel despite obviously being a popular business conference event destination. The concierge staff were extremely helpful, I liked the green initiatives that were in place in terms of housekeeping and there were a few good shopping malls within taxi distance - Fairview, Shops at Don Mills and Yorkdale

  Despite the cheap price I received from this site and read the online reviews I was surprised at the great facilities, parking should be mentioned extra, I will stay again . The buffet was a decent menu as well, not special but fine for a 9.99 price, wi fi was a bit slow but what do you expect for free - Good value for the price. Rooms were clean... what people say » and comfortable. Liked the heated bathroom floor and Keurig. Buffet breakfast was excellent and Connie and Eva were wonderful servers.
