  The front desk was amazing, I was abit freaked out about driving to Niagara Falls and they reassured me that it was going to be easy, they printed a map aand talk me through it. This saved me 75.00; staff = welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. I'm always hesitant to give reviews but for this hotel I had to, there's no reason to book anywhere else. - the hotel had the Westin 'feel' with all the personal touches you would expect in terms of service. It also had the advantage of having an outside pool which made it feel more of a 'leisure' hotel despite obviously being a popular business conference event destination. The concierge staff were extremely helpful, I liked the green initiatives that were in place in terms of housekeeping and there were a few good shopping malls within taxi distance - Fairview, Shops at Don Mills and Yorkdale

  Despite the cheap price I received from this site and read the online reviews I was surprised at the great facilities, parking should be mentioned extra, I will stay again . The buffet was a decent menu as well, not special but fine for a 9.99 price, wi fi was a bit slow but what do you expect for free - Good value for the price.
