The helpful friendly staff and proximity to town centre. That I felt myself welcome and that the hotel was situatied near the centre of the city.Location close to centre and availability. Staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want to eat you can have a snack from a snack bar 24 h and they can order a nice pizza and deliver it to your room.Dogs barking!. Room was not ready at 3pm, but receptionist was very polite and offered us a drink.We decided against having breakfast at the hotel because of the price (13 euros pp). Breakfast was very expensive for what it provided. Would have liked coffee/tea making facility in room. Cost of breakfast not included in price was €13 /head and parking cost €10 so we paid €36 or over 50% in extras when room cost € 65 !. The noisy fair ground opposite. The duvet is too heavy for warm nights, when I stayed there before the bed covers could be removed to suit wishes.As we stayed there in the winter the room was a bit cold when we arrived, had to switch on the air conditioning, then it took some time until it warmed up. The shower/toilet cabin in the corner could smell better. Breakfast - not very good but very expensive.
