Its very close to the train st. And very easy to travel. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, very nice full breakfast, right across the street from the train station, very convenient to everything in Namur. Very quiet even in a street-side room as there is double glass.Breakfast is very nice with fresh breads and cold-cuts, boil-your-own eggs, good coffee and tea, bacon.

There was construction occuring during our stay. Materials were stackedin the hall and near the elevator preventing access to the elevatordoor. More consideration of guests should be as important as convenienceof the workers.Smell of smoke in corridors and rooms. The bed was rather small and short. Breakfast wasn't a hit. For that price should be better food and better comfort. street noise and inability to open windows (almost all were locked, and the staff could not open them). It was extremely hot. Very old carpet in room. Bathroom not very clean.The room was always dark as the window looked out onto small walled off area. This area was damp and generated lots of mosquitos which came into our room. This was no air in the room due this problem, which made it very uncomfortable. I reserved 2 rooms and on arrival there was only 1 room available. We were 5 persons in a room for 3 people. My bill was already deducted from my Mastercard before I arrived at the hotel. Not acceptable, I payed for 2 rooms and got only one. The room was too hot. Dirty dishes were left at the other tables while we were having breakfast. Nobody came to clean them up. This lowered our appetite.
