it was close to the town and had a beautiful view of the river. the hotel staff were friendly, the rooms were very modern and clean. thanks for the amabilty of all the employes as well at the reception dek, but also the "voiturier".What a great place, we had a lot of fun!. Excellent location, competent welcoming stuff, very nice breakfast, beautifully designed interior. As a nice surprise came hotel's presented drink (one drink for one person) in casino bar.

Underground car parking. views and comfort. the casino. It's okay - but it is a casino first, hotel second, and a bit noisy at night in the room. Chinese down the road. The breakfast was surprisingly satisfying with a good selection of meats and cheeses. There was nobody else there at 7am, so this was pleasant.The hotel situation in Namur and a superb buffet breakfast. There were renovation works going on but they didn't really impact onour time there.Entrance in the building is not clearly indicated, for hotel is in one building with Casino and hotel labels do not show correctly how to enter the building. This hotel is set within a building that is essentially a casino. You certainly get the feeling by the lack of servcies, decent restaurant, etc that the hotel is somewhat of an afterthought. Breakfast is very basic even by continental standards.No lift from car park. have to carry luggage up 2 floors.., though understand something may be going to be done about this. To eat in Resteraunt in hotel must enrol in Casino. this is free but takes quite a while and as desk is by entrance doors it's cold at this time of year while you stand in the queue. reception area very austere / parking and signage poor. Parking was terrible outside as it is part of a Casino and Disco and they just try to get you to park in the underground car park at 10 euros per night , the Hotel part was on the first floor with many steps to carry your case up to without help. No tea or coffe making facilities in the room ,no air con and if you open the window the noise outside kept you awake dissapointing. Horrendous parking situation with no spaces within at least 400 metres of hotel, due to many casino visitors. Incredibly smokey environment downstairs. Restaurant is at far end of casino. Casino / hotel staff downstairs are incredibly unfriendly. However, dinner was quite good with excellent gambas!. no internet. Link to internet is 15 euro rvrn if yo need it for 5 minutes. No help from the staff when you have a question. No information in the room on how to use the telephone or how to call the recption desk. Lack of private parking facilities. Attached Casino has taken over hence local on street parking difficulties. No roomservice!!!! No pay tv !!. One or two of the hotel staff were surly and unhelpful. It did not make for a pleasant experience. Its location within the Casino did not do anything to enhance the hotel itself. The bedroom was stark plain and had no amenities apart from the basics. It was not good value for money.
