  This is my favourite hotel in Brussels and I intend returning again and again. Excellent reduced weekend rate, quiet and safe cosmopolitan area, plenty of excellent restaurants and pubs within walking distance, easy parking in front of the hotel and free at weekends, trendy boutique hotel, warm welcome, clean room, great minibar (eventhough I didn'... what people say » t use it), friendly night porter. - I really liked the modern decour of the hotel, aswell as the very helpful staff and also I loved the Spa and the facilities within it. The hotel bar was really nice, we had some cocktails on our first night and found the bar-staff to be really friendly and helpful, all in all it was a good experience.

  Many thanks to the staff especially to Mr. Naciri. Highly professionalservice. Design hotel with a well kept garden. The room was comfortableand neat. The bathroom spotless with all the amenities.   I arrived early morning after a flight from New York and was courteously greeted by a staff member who invited me to relax in their lobby and have a cup of coffee while they attended to having a room ready as soon as possible despite the fact it was well prior to their official check-in time. After having travelled for nearly a month it was both ... what people say » a delight and a blessing to find a place which treated one as a human being and not merely an object from whom to extract the most money for the least - The location is fantastic. Only few minutes walk from the metro station. Comfortable apartment, with a nice bed and living room. The staff was very nice, especially Marteen, who agreed for late check-out till almost 3pm. He also gave us his computer for a while so we could check in for our flights and he didn't charge us for either of those things. Very nice person.

The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square.   The personnel was friendly from the moment I arrived early to check-in until I checked out with just passiv my card over. Unlike many in Bruxelles, the offered up front to handle my luggage and even took the coat. The room was spacious, the bathroom larger and better than the 5 star hotels I have stayed at. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.
