The staff were really friendly and helpful. The design of the hotel was modern and arty. It was quite well located, only 10 minutes walk from the museum area/ Palais Real. The rooms were clean and comfortable- Breakfast was nice; there were plenty of cereals, bread, croissants and meat/cheese. There were not many facilities, but there were computers to use free of charge. The facilities are ultra modern and we found it very comfortable to stay there. It is located one street back from a main road and within reasonable walking distance to the main square. There are loads of restaurants very close to the hotel for all budgets including cheap healthy food alternatives which was nice for a change.

Best of all, it was not the typical breakfast of sausage and bacon with coffee. The croissants, pastry and cereal were excellent. Very helpful and friendly staff. The bed& beddings were so comfortable, I loved the black out shuttles, the coffee and tea in room, that they provided tissues in the bathroom, and the shampoo and shower gel was such nice quality and there was hot water in an instant!. There wasn't much fresh fruit at breafast, just oranges and apples (as well as prunes). At first we were a bit unsure about the location but it was fine once we were able to orient ourselves. The room was slightly small, but manageable and tolerable due to the comfortable bed. Nothing to complain about. No hot water problems as mentioned by others. Water can take a few mins to cone through hot at first. Would stay here again. Everything was very clean, but the shower tiles (in the corners) could have been a bit more cleaner. The location is not the best. it was near the poor area and not v safe at night and i was told that if i had booked directly through the hotel i would have got the free parking which i could not get by booking through letsbookhotel.com which i was not told before. More shampoo would be nice and internet on the slow side. No hot water for shower or hand washing. I ran the water in the shower for 5~8 minutes just to get it luke warm, it never got hot. Entrance street was not good, trash was everywhere. A bit impersonal, a bit out of the way, but near a metro stop and central location with trams and buses as well; near shopping, just not right in one of the most charming quarters. Access to the car on Sunday and Monday being for a one hour period over lunch. This needed to be advertised more. Only minor things - the fact that my room was in the basement with little light from a small lightwell. One light switch was a bit loose. In the bathroom there was just one towel hook and no place to put the soap. WiFi was a bit flakey. The air conditioning was not very effective but then the weather was out of the ordinary. The toilet was not very clean. Early morning there was no hot water - just slightly warm after long run. Maybe by some accident - later it was O.K. Small but quality room... There wasn't a restaurant at the hotel but the buffet breakfast was good. Shower fixing is only at a low level instead of the regular shower arrangement. The hallways are extremely cold and the light from the bathroom is really bad (it'a meant to be that way, dim). No parking garage (the one the hotel referred us to cost 15 Euro a day). one side of the street shows not clean and not safety. I didn't like the lack of block out blinds on the windows. Nothing. The breakfast need to be variable with some several options. The street in the evening is not really reassuring Lack of luminosity in the bathroom for the mirror. Good selection of breakfast food, but would have preferred to have most of the food covered. The water for shower is a little cool. Certainly for summer it is OK. Wireless connection very weak, mini-bar empty. Lack of curtain in the bathroom. Beside the croissants, I missed a real orange juice and a little bit more diversity in breakfast. location a bit desirable... I had one problem though. My bank account was charged twice for this booking and I don't know who to talk too as the hotel has no answers to that. Very disappointed in this regard. location - a bit far away from central station (around 45 mins walk). The dirts on my pillow also linen, the smell of the towels, they are not very pleasant. Very soft thin pillows No real work space (only relevant for business travelers).
