Everything, it's a great old style family house which will make you feel inside of the imperial Vienna. We stayed in a triple room which was incredibly bid, the biggest I have ever stayed in Europe. It's really nice decorated with wall papers and old style furnitures. The location it's really good and the stuff really helpful. The breakfast was really nice. I would definitively recommend it.

Some stuffs were not friendly, the room was too dark, the heating wasn't enough.No cot was provided. Room was cold and smelly. Kitchenware was dirty. Hotel staff was rude. Hair dryer did not work. There was no shower. Breakfast was limited. The room stank with cigarette because of loose door. Don't recommend for those with young children.
