Excellent location, VERY friendly and helpful stuff. Very clean. Modern furniture and interior. Very convenient for family reunion.Well equipped - you find all necessary things you need there. Best location - only few min from stefan platz. Big and comfertable appartment, with all nesesary thing, without lobby- but miss susanna in the her office daily till 12 am(without sat,sun).

Everything. I liked the fact that Carlton Suites is located in the centre of the city and very close to important underground stations. Wien Mitte underground station , a mere 8 min walk from Carlton Suites, is connected to the airport by the City Airport Train. There is a huge mall above the station. The locality is very peaceful. The first day the heath was 2 hours working/ 2 hours not - very cold, but on next morning miss susanna explein us how to program the heath computer- and its was easy. Pls ask for extra kees (you receving only 1) and extra code for internet - recv 1 and on onetime he working only for 1 fhone/com. Small aspects of attention to detail; there was no plug for the bathroom basin; the cookware in the kitchen was encrusted with burned food, and the utensils were a bit sparse - no peeler, spatula or chopping board, though we recognise that less scrupulous guests may have absconded with these. lack of cutlery, crockery, broom, light bulbs in kitchen, unable to try the dishwasher as a lack of things to put in it. Don't expect to have a view from the window! The bathroom might be cold in the winter. Can't think of anything. The lobby area to the lift is too small and have steps. Those with luggage bag have to carry for few steps before reaching the lift. The lift is too small. The floor lobby area's light does not work, so you have to be in dark when opening your room door in yhe the evening. It's scary. nothing. Carlton Suites doesn't have a 24 hour reception; so, travellers arriving late in the city have to get the keys of the entrance and the room from the cab driver who is waiting for you at the airport.
