Its abouts a one minute walk from a tube station, which takes you into town in about 15 mins. The area of that metro station seems a quiet residential workers area. There are i think 5 apartments, and they seem to all be on the ground floor. My apartment was nb 3.

The bed, like everything else, is new. It is quite soft, i would personally advize removing the topper because -
Firstly say, the Owner Mr. Martin is superb. He is very kind and help
everything what I asked. This residence will never make bother you even
check in and check out, you don't need to do anything. Location is
not that close to main of Vienna(5km~) but quite and there are very
nice restaurant and kiosk around this place. If you arrange, he will
provide you parking space but I recommend you to use Subway which is 5
min. To walk.

Nice, clean, modern, well furnished and equipped, good sized apartment. Public transportation connections are easy to reach, downtown is 5 min walk and 10 min underground. Reception hours are quite limited but creates no problems. Parking is free. -

Very nice apartment, fairly good location not far from Ubahn station about a ten minute walk. 5B Tram close by if you wanted not to walk to the station. We found it easily with the directions from the owner and were met to be given the key promptly. The person didn't speak English but rang the owner so we could find out about details of the apart

Centrally located in district 1 with bus station just in front of the
hotel (or you could walk approx. 5 mins to the nearests underground
station). Groceries are nearby if you want to save on dining out. And
the old town is just approx. 5 - 10 minutes walk along the Danube canal
in front of the hotel.
Excellent staff who are super friendly and helpful. Laundry + drying at €7.50. Sauna and gym facilities (we didn't use aanyways, but the facilities look well-maintained)
