I was there during Sibos exhibition , the arrangement was perfect ( Transportation , information , End day party ,.....tec) . Hotel is so clean ,it location is very near to vienna city center , only tow station by under ground , Close to nesteroyplatca station . Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -

All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided.
