  Absolutely LOVED this hotel!!! It is always a challenge to find comfortable, spacious accommodations (comparable to what we are accustomed to in U.S.) when travelling in Europe with our three children.   This is a lovely old-fashioned hotel, very well-decorated and furnished. It looks as if it has been recently refurbished (to a high standard). It is quite near the Westbahnhof railway station and within walking distance of the city centre. They gave me a bigger room than I had booked, at no extra price. The top up was an e - We decided to opt for one of the larger themed rooms on the 7th and 8th floors and it was well worth the extra. Each room was themed around a circus character and our room featured the Ringmaster. It had a hand painted scene with this person the whole length of the wall behind the bed. Together with the quirky furniture which included some of his equipment too, not to forget the full length picture windows looking over the Museum District, the room couldn't be bettered!!
