On departure, we asked for a 'taxi' to the airport (usually costing around 35 euro). Instead, we were ushered into a limousine, which cost 55 euro!! We were not impressed!!. Crowded and not well serviced breakfast cafe.I have found an used condom in my room. We could not believe how dirty the carpet was - meaning a lot of stains. The airconditionng did not work well and the breakfast buffet was overly overpriced and the selection very poor. This hotel is not a five star hotel at all.yes - we booked a " Junior Suite " and found that this was merely a pleasant" room ". At that sort of price, we would expect a large room with a small " extra" living/sitting area. Very disappointing under the circumstances. Although,we reserved a superior room with king-size bed, we had to stay in a normal room with queen size bed, because the hotel staff refused to change our room.Also, I didn't like the smell of the room and the old carpet on the floor.The staff especially the conciege is not so helpful. Besides, the TV set is not in front of the bed, but on the same side of the bed, which is not convenient to watch TV.
