The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available

However I reserved a Standard Suite room for 4 people, they gave me the Grand Lux Suite with same price. The room is clean, comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful. We decided to opt for one of the larger themed rooms on the 7th and 8th floors and it was well worth the extra. Each room was themed around a circus character and our room featured the Ringmaster. It had a hand painted scene with this person the whole length of the wall behind the bed. Together with the quirky furniture which included some of his equipment too, not to forget the full length picture windows looking over the Museum District, the room couldn't be bettered!!

The hotel is pretty new, clean and furnished in a modern style. A great feature is the guest kitchen, which makes it possible to cook your own meals, or to store some food in the refrigerator. The staff was friendly, and spoke English very well. My room was quite large, nicely decorated and had a good Wi-Fi signal. The hotel is not in the very center of the city, but has good connections to public transport.

I like the decision to mix the lobby bar with the reception services, as it brings more atmosphere and is welcoming even if you are coming in early hours. Also you may have a coffee while you are checking out. Being bartenders and receptionist the same time, bring a friendly and different approach than standard hotel reception.
