  Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to explore Vienna. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk.   The staff at the desk were very helpful and took care of concert tickets, etc. The location is absolutely perfect! Easy to walk to everything and the subway station is very close. The breakfasts were varied day-to-day and the ladies were very efficient and attentive. They even gave me a small birthday celebration -- totally unexpected!
