Very helpful staff. Very clean. Extremely well situated, 3 mn walk from Kings Cross station. Bars and restaurants around. Possible to arrive after hours if the staff is informed: the key waits for you in a small coded box close to entrance door. Free wifi connection.Really enjoyed recpetion man, very friendly and seemed to know what was going on throughout the hotel.

Helpful staff attitude, reasonably close to city centre regarding to price. I found the hotel surprisingly comfortable. It is in Kings Cross and therefore slightly noisy, but my room was not fronting the street and that helped.its location, very near to the king cross station, and to the center to the city, and also the staff is very kind and helpful. The location in the heart of Kings Cross. Location was very good,. Not much. Hairdryer in room would have been nice . Avoid rooms numbers 4xx with big luggage: the rooms are served by narrow stairs. Room 405 is quite small, like a boat cabin. The wifi connection was extremely poor: I wrote an e-mail to the staff, giving details of a connection diagnosis. It seems that their internet provider does not offer a nominal service.There was some rubbish from previous guests remaining under the bed, though this didn't affect us greatly. Bathroom was also cramped to the point that knees hit wall whilst sitting on the loo.All good. There were no place to sit outdoor after 11 PM. I think you should say whether the room that someone is going to get or is available does not have a view - mine looked straight into another room across the central 'well' of the buidling - yuk! Also the hotel was very noisy at night - so much for being advertised as a quiet place!. I stayed at the hotel for three nights and only once was my room serviced and this was only done after repeatedly requesting service.Rooms are quite small and a bit noisy, but above expectations considering the price. Good value for money.There was a pile of dirty laundry in my room when I arrived and during my whole time there. I didn't spend much time in the room though so never got aroudn to telling anyone about it, however, I should not have had to.rooms are noisy, noise from neighbouring rooms due to wooden floor and thin walls; no cleaning of rooms within 10 days of stay. small room, didn't have bidet, noisy renovations at the time. The room is too small.

Airport rail transfers - There is a rail service from the airport to Kings Cross, however you need to change trains at Central Station.
