There's not one aspect of the hotel and its service that could be defined as unlikable. Quite noisy given the location but not did not detract from our stay. The carpet, the colours are too "loud" (very trendy), the colours show up everything (ie fluff, crumbs, glitter the lot) and it juts right up to the kitchen leaving it vulnerable to food & water stains. Just one last thing.... More hooks and deeper shelves in the bathrooms would take them from good to excellent. It is expensive - however the location is superb, and that must come at a cost. This would have to have been the noisiest place I have ever stayed in. I travel for work several times a month so I think I am a reasonable judge. This was disappointing as I had asked for a quiet room and was given one on the low levels with noise from the street and plant and machinery only metres from the bedroom window. Despite a really good quality venue, I would not stay again because of noise. That we had to pay for the coffee pods! A few should be included. Paid extra $70 for the second bedroom to have two beds and was disappointed to only find a single bed in second bedroom. letsbookhotel.com had an option where you could pay extra for additional beds. Didn't get the money refunded. The foyer - not a welcoming layout at all!!. Parking Need it's own sign making it easier to locate. Nothing to complain about. traffic at night.
