The hotel staff were amazingly accomodating, professional and their generous flexibility is highly commendable - thank you Chris! The attention to detail for being truly "clean" is astounding, the best I have ever experienced. I stay in many 5 star hotels for business, this beats all the likes of Westin/Soffitel etc. The Staff was very helpful and friendly, and the service they provided was exceptional! The appartment was very clean, modern and stylish. The location was perfect, walking distance to the centre, and to other areas of interest. But still located in a quiet area.

Boutique hotel atmosphere and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Sydney now. Location, location, location, self contained, but restaurants and cafes right at door step, the place is brand new, so very clean, the staff are friendly and knowledgable,. The staff, the extra service and care along with the comprehensive advice and information we received at registration. There didn't seem to be anything left to chance. The reception staff, very warm and welcoming. In fact, the entire team of staff is friendly and helpful. They all seem to be enjoying doing their job. Brilliant location, amazing facilities. The apartment was really well designed, looked fantastic and had everything we needed. Modern apartment well maintained and clean. Good hairdryer and other quality extras. There's not one aspect of the hotel and its service that could be defined as unlikable. Quite noisy given the location but not did not detract from our stay. The carpet, the colours are too "loud" (very trendy), the colours show up everything (ie fluff, crumbs, glitter the lot) and it juts right up to the kitchen leaving it vulnerable to food & water stains. Just one last thing.... More hooks and deeper shelves in the bathrooms would take them from good to excellent. It is expensive - however the location is superb, and that must come at a cost. This would have to have been the noisiest place I have ever stayed in. I travel for work several times a month so I think I am a reasonable judge. This was disappointing as I had asked for a quiet room and was given one on the low levels with noise from the street and plant and machinery only metres from the bedroom window. Despite a really good quality venue, I would not stay again because of noise. That we had to pay for the coffee pods! A few should be included. Paid extra $70 for the second bedroom to have two beds and was disappointed to only find a single bed in second bedroom. letsbookhotel.com had an option where you could pay extra for additional beds. Didn't get the money refunded. The foyer - not a welcoming layout at all!!. Parking Need it's own sign making it easier to locate. Nothing to complain about. traffic at night.
