The hotel is located just minutes from the Darlinghurst shopping and dining area. A number of restaurants, bars and cafés are within a 5-minute walk.

it was good for a night and good price, easy walk to the train station and shops and nice resturants the staff were very accomodating as well. the rooftop was fantastic! great idea.
I enjoyed the architecture of the building itself as much as I enjoyed staying the night with my partner.

Cheap and cheerful for 4 guys! A 5/10 minite walk to the cbd, excellent location and very good value for money!.
The open windows for fresh air and I was happy with the size of the room as I usually only book apartments.
Room was much bigger than expected and decked out quite nicely. Free tea
and coffee is a nice touch.
Of the price the rooms were clean and location great. Parking is your own problem though.

The price was fantastic compared with other hotels in the area. The room was spacious and the beds were surprisingly very comfortable! Dont expect luxury because you are not paying much. This place does the job for a warm cosy bed in the middle of the city.
The location and size of the room. The secure access to the room and the rooftop provided a great view of the city.
Staff were very obliging, location was excellent. Great to have a refridgerator as it was very hot.

The stairs to the level 2 with my heavy suit cases. Also you need to keep an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom cupboard.
There is no "free public parking" even though they said
that there was on letsbookhotel.com. Was very difficult and expensive
finding parking.
The room although clean on the surface was riddled with cockroaches.
The walls are paper thin and other guests tend not to care about the amount of noise they are making or other guests, you can hear every word said and every foot step made in the corridors or rooms above and surrounding you - take earplugs.
Noisy and the shower was uncomfortable as it was in the bath.
The hotel says plenty of free parking on street, there isn't any, unless you arrive at about 10pm so that you can find a park, then pay for that park until 12am when it turns to free parking until 6am.
Second night the people next door were having a party and were really loud, banging on walls.

Wasnt overly clean. There was food left in the fridge from the last person and the shower was like a dribble.
The mattresses were uncomfortable, but good enough to sleep on.
This could never be classed as a four star hotel. I would say two star at, he most. There is no lift so luggage has to be carried up and down narrow stairs. The room was very tired looking. There was a lot of noise from the busy road.
The staff we shocking, it felt like we were staying in an apartment
building. We felt like we were inconveniencing them whenever we had a
question or query. The plumbing is horrible, no matter how tight you
screw the tap, it will continuously drip same for the toilet.

The hotel didn't have an elevator which made it very Tiring to carry my lagauges to level 2. There were cockroaches, broken facilities which I made sure to take photos off prior to the end of my stay in case they charge me for damages that I didn't cause, and they should advertise that full payment is required upon check-in on they're website coz that was a surprise after driving 10 hours and having the staff tell me to pay $600 and something when I wanted to check in.
No utensils, plates, or bowls for eating with, had to ask for clean towels most days, extremely noisy as windows didn't shut properly,.
worst hotel I've ever stayed at. cockroach infested, stench of urine on stairs, no one ever came to clean over our 3-day stay, no lift - lots of stairs, noisy, no wardrobe or cupboards to put clothes, mouldy bathroom, toilet stank like a men's urinal, beds hard and lumpy, room tiny.
