  Location. Very handy to where we had to go. Would be a good idea to have directions as to how to get from motel to go back to flemmington rd cos you can't turn right at the lights. We got directions from a tradesman and then it was easy going. It was great being right on the tram line and able to get anywhere in the city so quickly. Very quiet and peaceful, especially considering being right in the city.

Free wifi a definite benefit although a bit erratic at times. Good location for getting into the city as tram just around the corner at Highett.   After a long international flight the Mantra was amazing. We arrived late at night so only spent about 7 hours at the hotel. But we ha the best sleep. Just what we need prior to an early morning flight. We didn't know how to get the bus to the hotel however it was only a $11 cab ride. Having found a reasonable rate on Booking, I expected something fairly basic, and this pleasantly exceeded my expectations.
