I loved the communication, the calls too make sure we were traveling safe. The greeting how well they were with my 2 yr old boy! The comfort they made us feel so welcome room was very clean tidy and comfortable! Breakfast was so delicious! And great services all round esp the help too and from the hospital. You were made to feel welcome by Paul before you even arrived: welcome emails, help needed accommodated, bookings made for wine trips etc. It was more like staying in someone's home - warm, cosy, large and lovely. Everything was a surprise in terms of comfort and size plus the guest lounge which was fully stocked with bar, sundries, magazines, dvds etc - just the lovliest b&b.

Absolutely everything. From the moment we pulled outside of the Hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful. There is not one thing that we could complain about. This is the first time that we have stayed at the Langham (we normally stay at the Grand Hyatt) but this Hotel was even more perfect. -
